Ronald
N. Weikers
Ron
Weikers has handled software and other high technology matters since
1988, having practiced in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Philadelphia,
the Boston area and New Hampshire.
Ron
is a 1988 graduate of Villanova Law School near Philadelphia, where
Ron was a published member of the Villanova Law Review, and the
leader of a national moot court team. Ron is a 1984 graduate of
Carnegie Mellon University, which is one of the nations premier
computer-oriented schools.
Prior
to entering law school, Ron worked for Epson, a large manufacturer
of computer hardware.

When
appropriate, Ron works with the assistance of at least one local
counsel who practices in the city where each litigation matter is
conducted. Because attorneys fees are contingent, each attorney
shares in a pre-established amount that is charged to the client.
That amount is not exceeded, regardless of the number of attorneys
working on each matter.
Interim
staff are also retained on an as-needed basis.
